Cannot Activate Windows XP PRO

I upgraded to a new hard drive (larger one) and i was trying to re install Windows xp pro on it along with all my files. Windows went through the setup successfully but when it came time to activate windows, i got a message saying "key is already in use, or has been used. How can i activate my windows without having to purchase a brand new copy since this copy is only a month old.
I cannot activate the software, i have ran the mga diag and here are the results,

From what I can tell, it looks like you simply need to phone activate as for some reason or another, Activation thinks either:
a) Your hardware has changed enough since the original activation to trigger a system change.
b) You've activated more than a few times during the life of that product key.
If that product key is only in use on that one PC and as it's a Retail license, phone activation should be painless and take under 5 minutes.Thursday, February 8, 2007 9:49 PM
