Question
-
I got some new hardware (mobo, cpu, memory) and did a clean install of Windows. And as usual (serveral hardware changes with windows installs) the key doesnt work and i call MS and give it the numbers and it gives numbers back, which in the past has worked. As horrible as that is for a product i own, its worked. this time im not so lucky. after calling it said it didnt exist and told me to run GA. i did, it said its all good.
I've run the diag and have the report below.

Trusted time: 12/1/2010 8:57:03 AMIt all looks good to me - except that it is NOT activated.I suggest using the Telephone Activation again - this time, when asked which service you require, do NOT respond - that should force an operator to pick up, and you can explain your problem to them. Hopefully, they'll get you activated.
