To properly analyze and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the diagnostic report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
Once downloaded, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, after a short time, the Continue button will change to a Copy button.
Click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your post.
Please state the version and edition of windows from your COA. do not state the product key from the COA.

when purchased the laptop i got windows 7 installed on it and office 2007 also installed by the vendor.
all optional update was working fine then i got office 2013 from a magazine dvd which i installed and made it permanent which mean i can't get back to 2007. I can but i do not have any licensed cd for 2007 yes i can go to laptop vendor and install it.
and 2013 office is saying product validation failed as it was for 30 day free version which came with the magazine dvd. still i am able to get optional update only when i installed AOE it started showing windows not genuine.
pl hlp whether i hae to reinstaall windows from the vendor.

Your Office 2013 installation is a Trial copy, unless you purchase d a license for it
Your Office 2007 installation is still present - and counterfeit by reason of using a blocked Volume LIcense Key (blocked probably because it's plastered all over the internet)
Your vendor is a software counterfeiter - demand a refund.
Is there a COA sticker on the case or inside the battery compartment??

if office 2007 is counterfeit then why it was not informed from the day it installed and why it was observed after two year that it was not genuine
pl note i installed 2013 recently may be two month back on october issue of the magazine.
and while doing clean up disk i think i have made permanent all upgraded version permanent to get rid of disk space. What i have observed is that when i removed 2013 i was not able to opena ny office document so i was forced to install the 2013 free copy again to open those document.

That mkes no difference to both Windows and Office being counterfeit
The Office Genuine Advantage program was deprecated in 2010 with the release of Office 2010, which used a different validation system to ealrier releases. Earlier Office programs have not been flagged as non-genuine since that time.
Your vendor is a fraudster - report them you your local enforcement authorities, and to Microsoft - http://www.microsoft.com/en-IN/howtotell/default.aspx
