Duplicate installations of Silverlight RRS feed

    Hi I recently had to set up my computer from scratch. I did have the files backed up prior to cleaning the hard drive. Now that everything is updated and I have restored files from the backup, I have two sets of files for Silverlight. Shall I dump the old files or the newest? Thank PS early ones are 7/16/2016 most recent are 10/13/2016
