CRM 2011 Outlook Client Track in CRM not working RRS feed

  • We recently had to re-configure several laptops with CRM.  Now the Track in CRM on the ribbon does not track (no icon change), and no error message, it simply does nothing (visibly).  Set Regarding opens the dialog box to select the entity, but does not work; Regarding field is not set.  Since Tracking and Set Regarding are not working, Convert to does not function either. 

    I've checked the Personal Options and they are all set correctly.  Any ideas of what to try?
