GETTING RID OF PREVIOUS INTERNET SECURITY

  I have tried several methods of removing Norton from my system and they have failed, such as placing the disk into the system, removing them thru control panel, using remove software, and from information from the Symantac site without any result. The Window One is still showing yellow instead of green as an indicator of level of protection. What else is there to do to get Norton off the system? (this includes system works).
