Email tracking and reporting RRS feed

  • Question

  • Is it possible to track every time an email recipiant opens an email or clicks on a link embedded in an email sent through Dynamics CRM?  Not just "read receipt" in Outlook.  Would like to track it similar to how you can with "Contant Contact"?

  • A fantastic Add-On to CRM to give you all of this and more would be
    CoreMotives. http://www.coremotives.com

  • Another product which does what you're after is ExactTarget (http://www.exacttarget.com/). A number of our customers use this and are very happy with it.
