    Is it possible to track every time an email recipiant opens an email or clicks on a link embedded in an email sent through Dynamics CRM?  Not just "read receipt" in Outlook.  Would like to track it similar to how you can with "Contant Contact"?

    Yes. We have used both Constant Contact and CoreMotives. We have deployed it to a number of Customers. So if you have any questions feel free to ask.

    Another product which does what you're after is ExactTarget (http://www.exacttarget.com/). A number of our customers use this and are very happy with it.
