Problem with phone-context in combined CSTA and enterprise voice deployment OCS 2007 R2 RRS feed

  • Can make calls in / out from MOC no problem using either computer or phone as preferred calling device.
    But for an inbound call that ends up in recent contacts if I ring that number entry using phone as calling device it connects ok but if I attempt to connect using computer as calling device I get error 14005 with a phone-context=+44xxxxxxx@domain.com instead of the usual dialstring@domain.com.
    If I type the same number in manually it will connect using the computer as the calling device with correct phone-context.

    Any ideas - I assume CSTA is giving it the funny phone-context?
