Can’t delete file on WHS RRS feed

    I have an HP Media Smart Server EX490 running WHS Power Pack 3 with a file I can’t delete.  I was able to delete everything else in the folder but for this one file I keep getting an error that it’s “Open in another program”.  I’ve rebooted the server, run an app called unlocker and neither seems to work.  Does anyone have a solution or is there something I can run to tell me what program is locking the file?

    In the past I have used a program called process explorer (procexp.exe)? you can download a zipfile at various sites - it may be a sysinternals

    program?  what it is - is a very detailed task and process manager - you need to be able to install it and run it somewhow on the hp box

    if you can get it loded, you can search for the file name in all active processes and it will tell you the one(s) it is is being used by - then you can

    kill that process and delete the file (hopefully!)
