Request for advice on capturing Exceptions

  Hi,
  
  My company has application on .net 2.0 framework. Currently the exception published don't generate the full call tree and neither they show what actual data was passed between function calls.
  
  I have been assigned to deploy a functionality that can capture the exception at runtime with full call stack , with full call tree and actual object data getting passed between each function call with minimum code change at present applications side.
  
  Please advice me some architectures/functionality that i can use to do such thing.
