Off topic - about Windows Live Once Care Family Safety

  I downloaded Windows Live Messenger 8.5 Beta and that includes a some of the windows live features...now when I tried to use Windows Live One Care I tried to sign in but it didnt let me to do it...due to a terms of use agreement...when I Get there...there is not place to accept the "agreements"

   

  I'm pretty sure that its just a beta project so we shoudl wait to use all the features are up and running properly

   

  but if there's any advice or comment I will appreciated...
