  For both the exams, you can use the  Microsoft training kit materials 

  http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/Book.aspx?ID=12858&locale=en-us

  similarly for 70-433 as well

  Get it from Amazon as its  cheaper than any other site

  Apart from that

  I used Pro SQL2008 for 70-433

  For BI - I referred to http://www.amazon.com/Microsoft%C2%AE-Server%C2%AE-Analysis-Services-Microsoft/dp/0735626200/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1305665260&sr=8-2 for SSAS
