Transfer XP Upgrade to a thrid party RRS feed

  • Question

  • hi. I have Windows XP Home Edition Upgrade version 2002. I purchased the product many years ago. I used it to upgrade a computer which I disposed of a few years ago. So, this program is not currently installed on a computer.

Am I allowed to transfer the program to another person? I have the disk and the product key. If so, how do I transfer it?

Thank you for your help :-)
