Your Windows install is using a Blocked Volume License Key - Such Keys are only sold to organisations for use in their own machines - and this one has been blocked because of abuse. It is the infamous FCKGW Key that was stolen (from Ford??) very soon after XP was released.
Your Sony computer has a very strange BIOS date - leading me to think that the BIOS may have been tampered with.

  • Noel is correct, the key you are using has been blocked. You will need to purchase Windows from a reputable authorized vendor.

The date in your BIOS is one that cannot possibly be correct - Date>19000417******.******+***</Date></BIOS> -
Since this date is put in by the manufacturer of the BIOS or motherboard, it's unlikely that they would make such an error. The chances are that  therefore, someone has attempted to flash the BIOS with customised version, and this has errors.

This has nothing to do with your Windows product being non-genuine - it's merely an observation, and possibly indicates that the machine has been hacked at some point.

What version and edition of Windows is quoted on the COA sticker on the machine? - you *may* be able to make your system genuine without too much hassle or expense.
Do you have the Sony recovery disks available?
