How to exclude Picasa.ini files from Sync? RRS feed

    I noticed in a forum article that desktop.ini and Thumbs.db are excluded from synchronization by SyncToy.

    I need to exclude Picasa.ini files from synching between my notebook and desktop as I have Picasa installed on both machines and only want to synchronize the media files on both machines and not the Picasa.ini files.

    Is there anyway of doing this without doing a preview and then excluding the ini files? This would be a very time consuming task.

    SyncToy seems to work very well if you don't need to exclude files from every folder or the program already excludes file you wouldn't want to copy.
