Calling the AddMembersByFetchXml in MS CRM 4.0 plugin registration tool

  Hello,

  I had the same issue as you have at the moment.

  The only way I found to handle AddMembersByFetchXml/RemoveMembersByFetchXml was to register your plugin using Plugin Developer Tool. This tool was used before Plugin registration tool was developed.

  Please let me know where i can find the plugin developer tool for MS CRM 4.0. I googled for this, but i didn't find anything.

  Hello,

  You should download SDK for CRM 4.0, extract and open tools folder - plugin developer will be inside.
