CRM 2013 View showing up blank RRS feed

    A few months ago I created a System view to display all Accounts created within the last 2 months.  I then created a Chart with this view and put it onto a Dashboard (all of which are system).  I have the Sys Admin security role.

    Today, someone with a System Customizer role alerted me that the Chart is no longer showing up on the dashboard.  I went into the Dashboard on my account and could see everything, I updated a test account to his security roles and could NOT see the Chart.  I traced it back to the view, his view returns zero records (he can search for the records that should be in the view and see them).

    To make matters even worse, there is a second chart on the same dashboards that displays how many Accounts have a custom field set to Yes, No, or is left blank, he can see the total number of Blanks, but not the Yes or No's.

    I created a new view with the same filters and it contained data, I then updated the chart, logged off, logged back in, updated the dashboard, published, and the new view is blank as well.

    Any ideas what is causing this?
