installing live one care

I tried to install this with the disk but it comes up with error #0018-80070641. Anyone have any ideas. I uninstalled norton and I allow popups.

Hello rosejr7, the 0018 error is a general installation failure. Try running the Norton uninstall tool - http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039 then install One Care. If the installation fails again please contact support.
