    Can someone tell me where i can find videos that goes into depth on how to create products in the CRM 4.0?

     

    I need to watch someone else create products and use the products in quotes and (or) just see how to use them in a production environment.

     

    i am not sure how to get started on adding products to the CRM 4.0. I find myself wring redundant data.

     

    Where should i go for help ?

    There are the videos via the resource center. I think there is also a Dynamics CRM youtube channel but I can't find the link at the moment.
