  • It appears you have a Fujitsu computer with a Dell OEM Windows XP operating system installed, is that correct?

    From your MGA Report:

Marker string from BIOS: 1005B:Fujitsu Siemens Computers|10063:Siemens AG|10063:Siemens AG
    Marker string from OEMBIOS.DAT: Dell System,Dell Computer,Dell System,Dell System

Please contact Fujitsu Support and order the proper Windows XP Fujitsu Recovery Media, reformat your hard drive and install it.
