Hello JeanCarlosg1,
Unfortunately my internal Keycheck tool is currently down (maintenance I think) so I can't, at the moment, confirm if the key is Blocked or not. However, I think the best next step is to have you try Activating again, but this time By Phone and talk to a Live Activation Rep.
To Activate by Phone, click the Start button and type: slui 4 . Select your location and it will display the number for your local Activation Call Center.
When you first contact the Activation Call Center, you will hear a Automated Phone Prompt that gives instructions and provides options. Either select the option to talk to a Live Activation Rep or (if there is no option) don't enter anything into the Phone prompt. This will force the prompt to transfer you to a Live Rep.
The Rep should be able to help you Activate and if it is found that the key is Blocked, then request an escalation to have the key unblocked.
Hope that helps,

Thank You So Much!!!!! I Called Customer Service And They Gave Me A New Key!!!! The Key Was Blocked Because Apparently I Formmated My Computer More Than 10 Times And They Blocked It. I've Had Windows 7 For Almost 2 Years And I've Only Formmated My Pc Like 3 Times But They Said That I Went Over The Limit Of Times The Key Can Be Activated So They Just Gave Me A New One. It Took An Hour And I Had To Talk To 4 Different People But They Solved The Problem.
