  • Currently we receive emails in a number of different ways:

    * Email from clients regrading a single project

    * Email from clients regrading multiple projects / opportunities

    * Internal Email regarding a project / opportunity

    * Internal Email regarding multiple projects / opportunities

    * When documents are scanned the recipient receives it with a default name and subject

    Now all is well apart from we use smart matching for emails thus:

    * Once we have associated an email from the scanner it automatically associates all emails from that source to the same project.

    * Emails containing multiple projects / opportunities are associated with a single project / opportunity.

    * Internal emails associate the user with projects even if they are not relevant.

    What is the best way around this / or what do people do to get around this as we can't be the only ones with this issue?
