CRM 365 custom images on View's columns cause issue with Outlook RRS feed

  • After following this post, I successfully added images to Cases based on conditions.  Problem is: I can no longer open the View for Active Cases when using the 'Set Regarding' option in Outlook.

    The view is blank, and after using the 'Active Cases' View, all other Views are also not functioning.
