ActiveX is not working

  Hi

  I cannot  find  a good fitting  forum  for  my issue!!!!!

   

  on an Acer nb  with Win7 home premium  ActiveX is  not working.

  When I start IE7 and  want to access the  webpage  of  my e-mail provider (Ziggo  also  GMAIL)

  a message pops up  ActiveX  couldn't be started  or simular  and stops working.

  I already tried  to reduced  the security level  in the IE, but success.

  What  can I do  to solve the problem?

  additional information:  this win7  version is  reported as non Genunie, but  it  isn't to my opinion
  (original  mircosoft OPC sticker)
