Share Calendar - Organizer gets dropped from CRM appointment

Hi All,
User #1 (Organizer)
User #2 (invited to the appointment)
User #3 (assistant with full calendar access to user #1 and #2)Scenario:
User #1 creates appointment in Outlook and invites User #2. Then User #3 goes into User #2 Calendar and clicks "Set Regarding" to an Account and creates link in CRMProblem:
Appointment is created in Outlook with User #2 being the organizer and Owner and User #1 is completely dropped from the appointment.Is this normal??? Has anyone seen this before?

Set Regarding is a lookup option that allows you to associate records to a specific CRM record.

hello ,
all the resolution from activity party is based on email address. Can you please see if the 3 users jn CRM all have different email address specified?.
