    When i installed this from my CD, it jumped into a trial mode. The only way to get out that i can find is if i subscribe. But i purchased a "1 year" subscri. when i bought the software. Where can i put the product serial to get total benefits?

    Open One Care, select 'Subscribe", follow the prompts and when you reach the payment page select"Pre-Paid PIN as the payment method. Enter your 25 digit product code and your subscription will activate.

    Click subscribe.

    Sign in with a LiveID or create a new one.

    Select the option to activate with a product key or token.

    Enter the key from inside the retail package and complete the subscription process.
