Please refer to this snippet of your mgadiag report:

Right now your computer has a Volume Licensing installation of Office 2007 Enterprise, and that installation was done with an Invalid Volume Licensing Key (VLK).  An Invalid product key means that the key was made with a pirating program known as a Key Generator and was never issued by Microsoft.

Did your Office program come in the new clear plastic clamshell-style packaging like this:  http://blog.vortex-eg.com/wp-content/uploads/office2007.jpg ?   What edition of Office was it supposed to be?  Obviously, if you have a retail plastic clamshell box with a Certificate of Authenticity affixed to it, and one or more hologrammed Discs, yet this Disc installed a nongenuine installation of Office, then your installation of Office 2007 is not what you thought you purchased.  Office 2007 Enterprise is a Volume Licensing only edition of Office 2007, should never be sold as a consumer product, and is quite often marketed by software pirates as the consumer license for Office 2007 Professional.

I would encourage you to contact the seller of this software to demand that you receive the full retail license for Office 2007 that you paid for, or a full refund.

You can also view the Office Genuine Offer FAQ to see if you qualify for the discounted or complimentary replacement of your nongenuine Office:  http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/downloads/FAQ.aspx?displaylang=en#ID0EKNAC

The Good News is that the installation of Windows Vista Home Premium on your HP Pavilion computer is a Genuine installation of an OEM license for Vista Home Premium, exactly what we should be seeing in the report.
