Tanjay integration causes phone to keep ringing even after it has been answered. RRS feed

  • Post implementation of OCS 2007 R2.  Has anyone else experienced an issue where the Tanjay device continues to ring even after the call has been answered?  This is only happening with calls to the PSTN.  The callee on the other side does not hear the continued ringback.  We are using an AudioCodes Gateway with latest firmware (5.60A.018.005).
