You say that you purchased this Key? Where from?
The installed Key is an OEM_SLP Key ONLY valid pre-installed on machines from a major manufacturer, or using their recovery disks.
Is there a COA sticker for Windows 7 on this machine - or is it a Windows 8 machine that's been downgraded? If there's a COA sticker, is it for Windows 7 Pro?
There are no apparent problems with your report - but if you bought the Key separately from the computer, then it's counterfeit, whatever the tools say.
If you bought the computer with Windows 7 Pro pre-installed. then it's likely that your problem is simply a race condition - often the result of conflicting security software. What Anti-Virus is currently installed? What other security software is installed? What other Anti-virus products have Ever been installed?
