Huge Blank Space at Top of Post RRS feed

Answers

  • Compatibility View is known to have issues especially on the home page. We have a task which should resolve this but in the mean time this view is not recommended.

  • Kalman, this is a bug. What browser are you using? Can you also post the thread URL so we can determine the brand and forum. Thanks!

  • Bryant,

    Here is a thread:

    http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/sqlserver/en-US/10bbecc6-3161-478a-b8a5-4aa8876b365d/need-help-with-the-code

    I am using IE10  W7.

I see the huge blank space with all posts in SQL Server.

  • Hi,
I see the same thing when running IE10 in Compatibility View here in the Forums.

It really doesn't look good in this view:

If I don't use compatibility view, I can't tell if something was written in bold text or not.

  • I find myself switching back and forward between normal and compatibility view here in the forum, only because I want to see if something was written in bold. Please add a fix for that in your backlog.
