no icon in system tray

how do i put the live one care icon in system tray? i have to open it manually form start menu. never had this problem before.

Usually reinstalling One Care will correct this. Uninstall One Care, run the cleanup tool - http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/onecareinstallandactivate/thread/399071e2-49dc-4767-932d-d261e3965943 then reinstall One Care.If the issue persists please contact sup[port.
