Problem with OneCare installation on re-boot

  Hi.
  
     Installed OneCare on Windows XP SP3 with a CD.  On the re-boot, the OneCare icon on the lower right gives an at risk error status.  When I click on the icon and try to open OneCare I get an error which I have submitted to Microsoft.   The error signature is as follows:
  
     EventType: clr20r3 P1: winssui.exe  P2: 0.6.400.0  P3: 4911fa8a
     P4: winssui   P5: 0.6.400.0  P6: 4911fa8a  P7: 26a P8: 1c
     P9: system.typeloadexception
  
   I have already tried to un-install and re-install and the same thing happens.   Anyone seen this before or have an ideas what the problem is and how to get OneCare installed and working?
