Abusive use of "reporting as abusive"

Only one thread which draw my attention and may stand as an example: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w8itprogeneral/thread/43f9fda0-c144-4d00-88c8-c39833aff90e (there are others). Is there no way to prevent misbehaving like that?

While I can't see the reasoning (only that it was flagged abusive, but not why) - I suspect the language used was part of the problem. There is no reason to flag something abusive due to people expressing their opinions -but there is a large difference between constructive criticism/complaints and complaining in a manner that comes across as abusive, shouting, or destructive... This post is on the fence (mainly the title and the all caps shouting), in my opinion.
While I actually really like a lot of the points made, they could have been made in a more respectful manner...

I see your point but the title (I agree, somewhat emotional-overstated) and the few caps shoutings could be tolerated, nevertheless. Maybe the post is on the fence; we all are adults, however, and should be able to bear some exaggerations (I don't see any "destructive" elements here - the poster wouldn't have gone into so many details if his only goal would have been criticism for criticism, and nothing more).
