Inbound/Outbound PSTN calls stopped working in OCS 2007 R2!

Question

Hi All,
I just setup my OCS 2007 R2 environment. I have OCS 2007 R2 Front End server (OCSFNTED.domaincorp.com), Mediation server (OCSMEDTN.domaincorp.com) that is connected to an AudioCodes MG1000 gateway (MEDIANT1.domaincorp.com) and connected to an E1R2, and a Consolidated Edge server (OCSEDGE).
I got everything working fine—for about 2 weeks now. I have Enterprise Voice enabled users. All inbound/outbound call scenarios to PSTN were working until now. When I checked my OC 2007 R2 event logs in my client laptop, I got this error...

When I do inbound call from a PSTN user, no logs are generated. In the AudioCodes gateway. I already restarted all my servers and the services were all running.What could have caused this sudden problem in my inbound/outbound PSTN calls? Is the error OCS server related? What is it?

Hi Jorge,
In my case, I checked the signalling in the gateway. I got an LOS/LOF alarm in my AudioCodes gateway. Here's the link if my similar posts with the resolution I did--> http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/communicationsservertelephony/thread/1d88ae9e-ce4b-4c9e-9deb-356e48631dba. Basically, I just checked the signalling from the Telco (it was the problem).
By the way, I'm assuming your OCS and CUCM6.1 are connected via SIP right? Do you have a SIP Trunk in place? I had a similar setup that looks like this...
PSTN <--> Cisco 3845 <--> CUCM 5 <--> AudioCodes Gateway (IP-to-IP Trunking) <--> OCS 2007 R2 Mediation <--> OCS 2007 R2 Front End <--> OC 2007 R2
Do you have the same setup as this one?

Hi
I have same problem. Did you resolve this

Hi there!
Actually, I checked the gateway and I saw the error LOS/LOF in the E1R2 interface. So, I validated with my Telco provider and they did troubleshooting in the E1R2 line.
You can refer to my other thread (http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/communicationsservertelephony/thread/1d88ae9e-ce4b-4c9e-9deb-356e48631dba) for recommendations from Duncan Blake.

I have the same problem, but in my case, it's with a Cisco Call Manager 6.1. Did you resolve this??
