Views not working since the last security update on outlook 2010 & 2013 11/10/17 RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Since the security update for outlook 2010 and 2013 (KB4011196 & KB4011178  11 october 2017) our views are not working anymore when users want to see them using the CRM plugin for outlook.

    We're using CRM dynamics 2011.

    From the web interface there is no problem.

    The view load infinitly like if the database is not responding.

    Anyone have any clue about this ? I'm really lost and dont understand why it's not working anymore.

  • Hi,

    Office 2013 uninstall KB4011178 and restart machine.

    Office 2016 uninstall KB4011162 and restart the machine

    another update is installed and CRM will function correctly.
