Resolution Status: N/AAs Noel pointed out, right now your Toshiba Satellite computer has a nongenuine volume licensing installation of Windows XP Pro and that was done with an invalid volume licensing product key.
Please tell us if your Toshiba Satellite computer has a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) affixed to the bottom. If so, what version and edition of Windows is listed on it? Also, please confirm that the CoA has "Toshiba" in black lettering on the CoA. Don't post the product key.

YOu appear to have a Volume License - with an Invalid Key (genereated by a Keygen program, rather than MS) - If you are entitled to use a Volume License, please contact your System Admin.
You also appear to have some 'mismatch' files - all of which are files that communicate with the BIOS, and the machine is now confused as to whether it's a Hitachi, or a Toshiba.
You need to get legal - please read teh Announcements and Stickies at the head of the forum index page.
