activation problem

After following your directions I still get directed to get.live.com and I don't see an activation link. Just in case I am in a country where live one care is available, otherwise how did I got it?

I believe that you should be able to use either English or Spanish as the language in IE in order to activate OneCare. If you are using either, and continue to have this problem with redirection, please contact support.

In what country are you physically connected to the Internet in and what is your language set to in Internet Explorer?
