  • Keep in mind that the MCSA 2003 is based on 7+ year old technology, and the MCITP (either SA or EA) on Server 2008 is based on what is most current.  What is more beneficial?  Learn technology that is 7+ years old or to be up to date?

  • Hi,

My advice to you is to try to earn a certification for the environment that you work; if you have WS 2003 MCSA is what you need. If WS 2003 will be upgraded to WS 2008 you could start to learn WS 2008 and try to earn a certification.
