I suspect it will come as no surprise that your Office installation is from a Volume License edition of Office Pro Plus - not Office Pro.
Pro Plus is ONLY available through large organizations -not on eBay! - and is only for the members of the organisation to  use.

The person who sold you the Office installation key/disk did so illegally.

You need to follow the notification links to the Validate Office page, attempt to Validate, and then when it fails, you follow the links there, for a new key, and Office installation disk.
You can of course also compare the prices with those available from reputable stores, and buy from them - at the moment, ALL changes of product key for Office have to be done by Uninstall /reinstall, so there is not simple keychange that will make your current install work..

  • Note: the "Invalid" part of the '108 Invalid VLK' error means that the key was not created by Microsoft. It was created using a Piracy Tool called a Key Generator or KeyGen, for short.

    Thank you,
