    Your installation is non-genuine.
    You are using a Product Key for a Volume License product that was not issued by MS – and was therefore the product of a hacker’s KeyGen program.
    Your machine would appear to have come with XP installed (it only has OEM Activation 1.0 data in the BIOS), so for which edition of Windows does the COA Sticker on the case say that it’s licensed?
     
    If it’s for Win XP Pro, you *may* be able to change the Key to the one on the sticker using the Product Key Update tool
     
    If it’s for XP Home or any other edition of Windows, then you will need to do a clean install with the manufacturer's Recovery disks, or purchase a new legal Full Retail  license for whichever version of Windows you require.
