Hi
In case entity reactive the Tickets only give the permission to SalesManager role?
How can i set permission? other users it should be disable..

Hi
In case entity we create the ticket.. finally relosve it the ticket.
after that Reactive icon will enable in ribbon position...
that reactive icon should enable only particular role.. i don't want enable that icon all roles..
I have checked the roles in administration section not able to find reactive entity for setting the roles

Hello Rammohan,
For this, I would suggest you to go with some JavaScript code on load of Case entity.
You could identify the currently loggedin user's security role and can hide this Reactivate ribbon button.

Hi Milan,
Understand wht issue am facing.. don't give links which have seen google..
My requirement is:
Once created the Case Tickets..
after resolved issue... some user feel case ticket is not resolve wht end user expected way..
all users don't want to be reactive the case.. only x person need to reactive remaining all guys no need to give permission..
for this i have checked the roles.. there is no option to set the permission.. we have to write the javascript code to handel this...
if any one did give the solution how to handle it...
pls don't post which you have google links give exact soultion .. if don't know don't post ..some one will help it out..
