I get the response: Live Desktop could not connect. on one of my accounts. all of the others seem to operate. Did I do something to get my login on mesh disabled?

  I have multiple accounts, all of which seem to operate as expected.
  
  I have one that just will not work.  I get the message: Live Desktop could not connect.  Please try refreshing the page. 
  
  Of course refreshing it does not help.  I have attempted to use this account on different computers to no avail.  the other accounts all work.
  
  What am I doing wrong?
