Future of Dynamic CRM

  Hi,

  That is an interesting question - I wish I could tell you what the future may hold! This is a Microsoft forum, so obviously we are going to tell you that the future is brighter for Dynamics CRM compared in comparison! :)

  For a comparison - you might like to read gartner's report http://www.gartner.com/technology/reprints.do?id=1-1HA4SNM&ct=130717&st=sb

  As far as the future goes - I think a good indication is the investment being made in the product. Microsoft have invested significantly in the CRM 2013 release both in terms of core functionality and in additional add-ons such as netbreeze, yammer and marketing pilot.
