Can you update to the latest version of our notifications (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=69498) and then reboot? Does the message still occur?

  • Please visit http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/ and click on "Validate Windows".  Afterward, please click start, then run, then type in "wgatray.exe /b" then press enter. Afterward, log off and log back on. This should resolve the issue.

  • Hi Carey

Validate windows, click start, type in wgatray.exe/b pressed enter, had a message that windows could not find that file, log off and back on, Windows is not genuine still there.
