Windows 7 64-bit not genuine after years of use.

Question
-
Hey! Bought this laptop back in autumn 2011. I have had couple of hardware issues sometimes, but nothing big. I dont remember clearly but I THINK that my windows got deactivated somehow when i shutted my pc down from the off switch. Can in be linked to memory corruption maybe? My laptop is ASUS N53SV and its running on i-5 2450M (2nd gen)
I didn't really mind it, because it didnt change anything in the os, but updates. But now when i started my engineering studies and tried to install the newest version of autocad it couldnt update the required net framework (4.0).Im bit worried if i have to do clean install, because i have shit tons of things to back up and not really willing to sit in front of laptop just to get my stuff back up -_- I'm pretty sure that its required though?
I'm running the required logs such as CHKDSK and SFC (already writed this and need to reboot so ill add when its done)
Thanks in advance!!!
NOTE! I have updated my bios once trough asus liveupdate

Locates my CBS logs
The CHKDSK said that the drive is okay, no errors.
SFC however said that some corruption detected, but the os is unable to fix/restore.

I've managed to find most of the files - but there are three which are causing problems (they are Finnish language resource files, and I don't have a Finnish SP1 - yet!)
Here's the protocol for what I do have ....
I've uploaded a file - shtaa.zip - to my SkyDrive at Noel's SkyDrive
Please download and save it.Right-click on the saved file and select Extract all...
Change the target to C:\ and click on Extract
Close all windows (it would be a good idea to print these instructions!)
Now reboot to the Repair Environment - as soon as the machine restarts, start
tapping F8 - this should bring up the Advanced Boot Menu, at the top of which
should be the option 'Repair my Computer'
Pick that
You'll have to log in with your username and password.Pick the option to use a Command Prompt
At the prompt type
DIR C:\shtaa
hit the enter key - if you get a 'Not Found' error try
DIR D:\shtaa
or
DIR E:\shtaaThe drive letter in use when you find the folder will need to be substituted (for<drive>) into the following command...
XCOPY <drive>:\shtaa <drive>:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h
(e.g. XCOPY P:\wfire P:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h )
run the command (it should take almost no time) and when the prompt returns, type
EXIT
and hit the Enter key to exit Command Prompt - reboot to Normal Mode Windows. Now run SFC /SCANNOW in an Elevated Command Prompt
then reboot and upload the new CBS.log file to your SkyDrive Public folder, and
post a new linkAlso run a new MGADiag report, and post the result.

Thank you so much!
This all is starting to make sense now. I have noticed that FE. Windows builtin volume controller wont popup anymore if i try to open its properties of the taskbar, so i need tu use my soundcards own to control volume (which i need to open separately). Are all these errors created by ONE critical error? Whoa, didnt think that my w7 was that tangled.Saturday, September 28, 2013 12:23 AM -

Dear Noel, your an magicician! or atleast your very good technician (;
I managed to get windows regonize itself as genuine now. Allthough im aware that you dont have the finnish SP1 dlls the OS is running stable.
The windows update seems still to lack the windows update. When i start the windows update from the control panel it shows titles like "#elementModuleHeaderText#". But it still can update now as it seems. The "shutdown" button in the command bar seems to have the "update ready" icon. It now updates properly and im installing its updates. It seems to have many updates ready since i have booted 3 times and still more to come. It has updated close to 40 updates now.
OH and i CAN change the OS language to ENGLISH if you have the content ready in your hands, if thats possible. There is no problem for me to using english OS.
Running SFC now, and will add the link when i have rebooted!
Thank you so much!
HERE is the CBS LOGS

The cbs logs seemed to configure itself AFTER i had booted 2nd time. They ran on the background and added information for 10-15 minutes

Great! - all the expected files have been properly repaired.
When I get to a decent connection (tomorrow) I'm going to try and download the Finnish SP1 files and I'll post them as soon as I can.
Remind me - if you haven't heard by Wednesday!

I finally got the download yesterday - I'm trying to extract the correct files now...

I've uploaded a file - shtab.zip- to my SkyDrive at Noel's SkyDrive
Please download and save it.Right-click on the saved file and select Extract all...
Change the target to C:\ and click on Extract
Close all windows (it would be a good idea to print these instructions!)
Now reboot to the Repair Environment - as soon as the machine restarts, start
tapping F8 - this should bring up the Advanced Boot Menu, at the top of which
should be the option 'Repair my Computer'
Pick that
You'll have to log in with your username and password.Pick the option to use a Command Prompt
At the prompt type
DIR C:\shtab
hit the enter key - if you get a 'Not Found' error try
DIR D:\shtab
or
DIR E:\shtabThe drive letter in use when you find the folder will need to be substituted (for<drive>) into the following command...
XCOPY <drive>:\shtab <drive>:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h
(e.g. XCOPY P:\wfire P:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h )
run the command (it should take almost no time) and when the prompt returns, type
EXIT
and hit the Enter key to exit Command Prompt - reboot to Normal Mode Windows. Now run SFC /SCANNOW in an Elevated Command Prompt
then reboot and upload the new CBS.log file to your SkyDrive Public folder, and post a new linkAlso run a new MGADiag report, and post the result.
