Hi.
I am a Student and I am registered in dreamspark and verified as Student through Verification code.
Microsoft is offering students free Microsoft Dev Account for publishing apps. I searched a lot on google and youtube
but that information is not working these days. So please anybody help me, how can I get a Free Dev Account for Windows Store?

I just need to know that how to get that promo code through which I can get a free account.

If the promo code comes from dreamspark then I'd probably ask them about it.
