CRM 2015 DYNAMICS - SLA NOT WORKING RRS feed

  • I have created a second SLA which is a duplicate of the previous SLA. Only the Customer selection is different. For some reason

    it is not working at all.

    The first one has been selected as the default SLA. No entitlements has been set up for neither of the SLA.

  • Thanks for your reply.  We have added SLA Entitlement in order for it to activate.

  • Second SLA will not work as default SLA. you need either workflow to set SLA in record or merge both SLA as single SLA using different condition.
