  The closest modern equivalent to the old MCSE on NT4 is probably the MCSE:Server Infrastructure:

  Although there are more variants that you can see from the MCSE certification page.

  Unfortunately, the upgrade exams from your version have already been retired, so you will need to start afresh and take all the new exams (five in total) that are needed to gain the new MCSE.
