Converting telephone numbers to tel:<telephoneNumber>

Anyone know of any Windows/Outlook/Sharepoint/etc plug-in or add-on which could recognize a telephone number and allow you to just click on it so that it dials a number in communicator? Since Windows recognizes the "tel:" prefix, I thought there might be something out there already.

Thoughts?

This will do the trick ... http://www.estos.com/produkte/eccg/index.htm#tools lets you hilight any number and hit a hotkey to start a call
