Then you don't need calculated field. You need simple field and business action that will enable/disable field based on a value of first Boolean field.

thanks :)
i inserted a check box field :)
and then i want to create one "text field" that when this combo box value is set to "yes" then this "text field" will be activate and be valuable .
i go to detail and change "field type" to calculated and in edit page there is no option for activate field when value is set to yes .
please help me
